About This Opportunity
Palm Careers LLC is seeking a skilled Cardiac Perfusionist to join our team. As a key member of our cardiovascular perfusion services, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from $95K to $160K per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to this, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and a 403B matching program. About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Cardiac Perfusionist who can perform complex procedures with ease. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in adult cardiac perfusion and be proficient in covering CV intraoperative cases, assisting in Cath Lab procedures (Impella, IABP, etc.), supporting heart, lung, and liver transplants, as well as mechanical device support (HM2, HM 3, HeartWare, Centrimag, Tandem Heart, Syncardia).

Key Responsibilities
- Cover a high volume of CV intraoperative cases, ensuring timely and effective delivery of care
- Assist in Cath Lab Cases (Impella, IABP, etc.), providing expertise in advanced procedures
- Support heart, lung, and liver transplants, collaborating closely with the surgical team
- Assist in Aortic Aneurysms and Adult Congenital cases, applying technical skills and knowledge
- Provide Mechanical Device Support: HM2, HM 3, HeartWare, Centrimag, Tandem Heart, Syncardia, ensuring seamless integration into complex procedures
