We are seeking an experienced and innovative Process Technical Leader to join our team at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of state-of-the-art anaerobic digestion systems, including defining design basis, process design, and proposal development.
  • Oversee process design, from concept to commissioning, ensuring successful process start-up, performance testing, and ongoing operations support.
  • Guide cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving project success from concept to completion.
  • Innovate solutions for complex biosolids treatment challenges, leveraging expertise in designing complex treatment systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including vision-setting, team alignment, and decision-making in dynamic environments.
  • Proven ability to build great customer partnerships and deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field (advanced degrees welcomed).
  • 10+ years of experience in waste treatment solutions design/operation (15+ preferred).
  • Extensive knowledge of biosolids industry and anaerobic digestion processes.
  • Expertise in designing complex treatment systems, including anaerobic digestion technology, reception, depackaging, and pre-treatment processes.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits that include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, paid holidays, parental leave, 401(k) plan, flexible spending accounts, AD&D insurance, disability insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
