Senior Culinary Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring the highest quality food products are prepared and served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff: Direct and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, including cooks and other associates, to ensure the efficient preparation and serving of food products.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food handling, sanitation, and customer service standards are met, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Menu Planning and Development: Assist in the selection and development of recipes and menus, ensuring that they meet the needs and preferences of our customers.
- Inventory Management: Track food use, waste, and consumption to requisition or purchase product, ensuring that our inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Sanitation and Maintenance: Maintain the sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils, ensuring that our kitchen is clean and well-maintained.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a chef or in a related culinary role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
