About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Database Administrator to join our team at Neal Communities. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our BuildPro and NewStar systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with assigned department associates to ensure BuildPro schedules, integration, and processes are performing smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assist team with ongoing training sessions offered to Neal Communities and trade partners.
  • Provide accurate and timely support to the Construction, Purchasing, Design, and Sales departments for BuildPro and NewStar systems.
  • BuildPro Template Set Up for New Communities and maintenance for existing communities.
  • Ensure the system maintains correct information by acting as the liaison between the departments and IT.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing Systems Administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) at an intermediate level.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize performance measures and drive cost savings.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
