Position Summary

The Air Force JNTC Liaison Analyst is responsible for providing insights and recommendations on strategic, operational, and tactical evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of JNTC accreditation and certification initiatives.
  • Identify and address joint training capability deficiencies discovered during JNTC accreditation and certification processes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of JNTC resources utilized.
  • Offer expertise throughout the exercise lifecycle, including training methodologies, after-action reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Recognize and document joint context challenges.
  • Attend selected training programs and events to observe joint context deficiencies and provide feedback on JNTC initiatives.
  • Facilitate the integration of new doctrines and technologies.
  • Support training programs through event planning, scenario creation, and master scenario event list development.
  • Contribute to weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
Qualifications

Education
Minimum of a bachelor's degree required; a Master's Degree or higher is preferred.

Experience
A minimum of 15 years of experience in military operational roles with senior General Officers (GO), Flag Officers (FO), or Senior Executive Service (SES) is essential.

  • Experience in providing analyses, conclusions, recommendations, and actionable courses of action, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to deliver reliable, consistent advice and thought-provoking recommendations to diverse audiences in military training and real-world scenarios.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Familiarity with doctrinal approaches to command.
  • Ability to develop a command philosophy that is actionable and reflects the approach to command.
  • Knowledge of building unit cohesion, will, and resilience.
  • Understanding of doctrinal approaches to training.
  • Knowledge of tactical decision-making and planning methodologies.
  • Awareness of multi-domain environment warfighting challenges.
  • Understanding of emerging challenges (EMS, CUAS, SIGMAN, OIE).
  • Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Windows and MS Office.
  • Expected to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Additional Information
  • Must be able to obtain or possess a security clearance.
  • Requires travel both within the continental United States and overseas.
  • Daily travel in the local area may be necessary.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and maintain focus is required.
  • May need to lift, carry, and move computers and related equipment.
  • Skillbridge Internships will be considered.
