We are seeking a highly skilled Wargame Planner-Analyst to join our team at Lockheed Martin's Center for Innovation (CFI). As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting and driving the quality of analysis-supported interactions between Lockheed Martin business areas (BAs) and their customers.
Key Responsibilities- Principal Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison with Lockheed Martin BAs, Corporate Engineering and Technology (E&T), and government partners on wargames, table-top exercises, workshops, and studies.
- Event Design and Development: Participate in the design and development of these events through the application of Lockheed Martin's LightWorxTM process.
- Project Management: Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects that involve modeling & simulation applications, analysis, and experimentation capabilities.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Provide subject matter expert insights during peer review and consultation sessions associated with projects assigned to other CFI teams.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic, operational, and tactical level planning and management studies, assessments, and BA outreach.
- Communication: Develop professional presentations, worksheets, and documents utilizing Microsoft Office 365 Suite of tools for executive leadership and customers.
- Analytical Event Design and Analysis Experience: Proven experience in wargaming, tabletop exercises, experimentation, and analysis.
- Technical Expertise: Established technical expertise in related areas.
- Interfacing with Partners: Experience interfacing with military, inter-company, and industry partners at executive levels.
- Project Management: Experience in project or program management/leadership.
- Customer Relations: Strong customer relations expertise and excellent written and verbal communication skills sufficient to comfortably and effectively present at a senior leadership level (internal and external).
- Microsoft Office Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance, with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
- Education or Background: Education or background in Operations Research or Operations Analysis.
- DoD Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of DoD mission and concepts of operations.
- Prior Experience: Prior experience within a Lockheed Martin Business Area.
- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance or above.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
