Role Overview

The Recruiting Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in assisting the recruitment team with administrative tasks and candidate identification. This entry-level position is designed to provide a foundational experience, paving the way for future growth into a Corporate Recruiter role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive research and creatively leverage diverse sources to enhance candidate engagement.
  • Design and implement marketing initiatives across various job boards and social media platforms to boost applicant traffic.
  • Review job postings for the Operations Recruiting Team to ensure compliance with OFCCP guidelines.
  • Extract and analyze data from our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to connect with candidates who did not complete their applications.
  • Assist in posting job requisitions in ATS as required or when providing support to Operations Recruiters.
  • Acquire skills in resume qualification and talent evaluation for hourly-level positions.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting team to develop sourcing strategies for challenging-to-fill roles.
  • Cross-train and provide backup support to colleagues as necessary.
  • Generate and analyze various reports for distribution to the team.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to organizing career fairs and other recruitment events.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred prior experience in recruitment, sales, data analysis, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in performing various repetitive administrative tasks.

Compensation

  • Annual salary of $47,000.
