Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline is mandatory.
  • Prior experience as a teacher's aide or instructional assistant is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for effectively collaborating with primary educators, parents, and support staff.
  • Familiarity with diverse teaching methodologies and the capacity to modify instruction to accommodate individual student needs.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for working with students and a dedication to their academic and social advancement.

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
