Essential Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 7 years in IT, showcasing substantial expertise in Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft Power Platform.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in spearheading large-scale initiatives for the deployment of Microsoft 365 platform solutions.
  • Hands-on involvement in all phases of M365 & Power Platform deployment, including design, configuration, customization, and integration with third-party applications.
  • Experience collaborating with senior leadership, program managers, and analysts to architect and implement Microsoft Office 365 solutions.
  • Possession of Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification for Office 365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure the technical architecture and intricacies related to the design, implementation, and operational management of the solution.
  • Recognized as a technical authority in the domain, with experience in deploying Microsoft M365 and/or Power Platform in comparable organizations, capable of guiding engineering teams.
  • Provide the project team with a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft M365/Power Platform functionalities, technologies, implementation strategies, and development methodologies.
  • Guide the team in the deployment of Microsoft M365 and/or Power Platform, ensuring the platform is utilized effectively to address complex processes and reporting needs.
  • Mentor junior technical personnel and keep management informed about project status, technical challenges, and innovative solutions, while demonstrating expertise in best practices for security, privacy, licensing, compliance, and governance concerning Microsoft M365 and/or Power Platform data and applications.
