This organization excels in delivering Microsoft software implementations to medium and large enterprises, empowering clients to navigate the evolving digital landscape through advanced solutions including M365, Azure, and Dynamics 365.
Role Summary
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in developing solutions and conducting functional analysis within large-scale Dynamics 365 architectures. This role requires a hands-on approach to designing and leading the implementation of Dynamics 365 products, collaborating with both local and remote development teams. Key responsibilities will include presales activities related to the Dynamics 365 platform, methodology diagnostics, and high-level solution architecture. Additionally, you will play a vital role in proposal development and business growth while mentoring junior and offshore personnel.

Key Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Dynamics 365 CE modules, including relevant Architect-level certifications and experience with previous versions of Dynamics CRM.
- Proven implementation experience with the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle, including development management and data migration.
- Familiarity with Cloud Storage Services and Azure Integration Services.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and working with distributed development teams.
- Minimum of 15 years of demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale Dynamics CE solutions.
- Ability to design solutions for multi-region implementations and provide technical leadership.
- Exceptional presentation skills, capable of influencing senior technical stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for technical and functional solutions across the Microsoft platform.
- Stay updated with new features and drive the adoption of innovative technologies.
- Facilitate technical forums to share knowledge and best practices.
- Design domain-specific implementations that leverage out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionalities.
- Identify training needs and coaching opportunities within the team.
- Recognize and develop industry-specific solution offerings that differentiate our client in the market.
- Ensure timely communication of project updates and risk management.
