Position Summary

Step into a rewarding career as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at CoreView. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in transforming how IT teams manage their Microsoft 365 environment. Your responsibilities will include building strong technical relationships with assigned accounts and working closely with customer stakeholders to create compelling proposals and high-level designs tailored to their specific business and technical needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall technical relationship with assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to develop proposals and high-level designs.
  • Identify business and technical requirements for implementing solutions.
  • Represent the technical perspective in all internal sales meetings.
  • Create Statements of Work (SOW) for all professional services activities.
  • Contribute to the strategy for responding to RFPs.
  • Independently implement platform features during pre-sales PoC sessions and customer onboarding.
  • Provide regular reports to management on time spent, revenue, billable activities, and services.
  • Track opportunities and services related to team efforts.
  • Engage in technical discussions with customers to identify potential sales opportunities for add-ons or professional services.
Qualifications
  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Experience in creating and configuring Microsoft 365 tenants and Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of on-premises environments using various Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Server topologies.
  • Understanding of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity principles.
  • Strong grasp of Automation & Orchestration technologies.
  • Broad technology background with a focus on data center technologies and familiarity with cloud hyper-scalers.
  • Aptitude for analyzing complex business and technical challenges and formulating solution proposals.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presence in meetings and peer leadership.
  • Preferred: Proficiency in French and/or German.
