Position Overview

Our client, a prominent Microsoft Gold Partner, specializes in delivering Microsoft Business Solutions to medium and large enterprises. They empower organizations to navigate the evolving digital landscape through the implementation of Microsoft’s suite of products, including M365, Azure, and Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions.

Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement Solution Architect who possesses a robust background in solution development and functional analysis within large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 frameworks. This role demands a hands-on approach to designing and steering the implementation of Dynamics 365 products, collaborating with both local and remote development teams. The primary focus will be on presales activities related to the Dynamics 365 platform, along with high-level solution architecture and methodology diagnostics. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in proposal development and contribute to business growth while mentoring junior and offshore personnel. This position is vital to the firm’s delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and presents an exciting opportunity within a rapidly growing sector of a well-established global firm.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of all Dynamics 365 CE modules, with relevant Architect-level certifications. Experience with earlier Dynamics CRM versions is advantageous.
  • Proven implementation experience with Power Platform, including certifications at the Architect level.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, including development management, release management, data migration, and go-live support.
  • Familiarity with cloud storage services and Azure platform integration services.
  • Experience collaborating with offshore development teams.
  • Agile methodology experience is preferred.
  • TOGAF or Zachman Framework certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of marketing products such as Click Dimensions or Adobe Marketing Cloud is desirable.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Minimum of 15 years of demonstrated experience in implementing large-scale Dynamics CE solutions.
  • Experience architecting and delivering multiple full-scale industry solutions using Dynamics CE and Power Platform.
  • Ability to design solutions for multi-region implementations.
  • Strong technical leadership skills and the ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Expertise in architecting digital transformation programs across various technologies.
  • Exceptional pre-sales experience and thought leadership in solution offerings.
  • Outstanding presentation skills and the ability to influence senior technical executives.
  • Proficient in managing distributed teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for both technical and functional solutions across the Microsoft platform.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform stack, staying updated with new features.
  • Facilitate technical forums and communities to share knowledge.
  • Design and develop domain-specific implementations, leveraging out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionalities.
  • Identify training needs and coach team members to bridge skills gaps.
  • Explore opportunities for industry-specific solution offerings that differentiate our client in the market.
  • Exceed customer expectations through knowledge, skills, and professional behavior.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks as necessary.
  • Ensure timely communication of progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Engage in practice development activities and assist in their delivery.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management.
