We are seeking a skilled Sales Account Executive to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and converting prospects, managing and growing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have expertise in B2B sales, business development, account management, automation, machinery, printing, and document solutions. You will work closely with other teams within the organization to ensure client satisfaction and improve our sales process.

About the Role: As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue goals.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and converting sales opportunities within the engineering sector.
  • Managing and nurturing existing customer accounts to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to improve our sales process and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Providing regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. You should have strong knowledge of automation, machinery, printing, and document solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is also required. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred. With minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the engineering industry, you will be well-positioned to succeed in this role.
