Sales Product Representative

Buchanan Subaru is seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Sales Product Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Product Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, demonstrating the features and innovations of new products, and assisting in the generation of potential customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Meet and greet new customers, ask questions to understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to assist them in selecting a vehicle.
- Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including features, options, and latest technology.
- Demonstrations and Presentations: Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles to showcase their features and benefits.
- Follow-up and Referrals: Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business and maintain a strong network of satisfied customers.
- Sales and Negotiation: Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations, working closely with customers to find the perfect vehicle that meets their needs and budget.
- Reporting and Communication: Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Availability: Available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Product Knowledge: Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product features and options.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with customers, with the ability to build rapport and provide personalized service.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional, well-groomed personal appearance at all times.
- Clean Driving Record: Possess a clean driving record and be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
