The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the Value Chain Optimization team and commercial floor staff at Phillips 66. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Value Chain Optimization team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist commercial floor staff with tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
