Business Operations Coordinator

The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the Value Chain Optimization team and commercial floor staff at Phillips 66. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Value Chain Optimization team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Assist commercial floor staff with tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
