Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform financial projections and analysis to evaluate real estate opportunities and investments in current properties
  • Provide support to the corporate real estate department to track project budgets and ensure expenditures are posted timely in our project database system
  • Collaborate with corporate accounting to ensure projects are capitalized correctly
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss the status of all real estate projects
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decisions
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis with a focus on real estate
  • 4-year college degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Experience with project database systems and presentation tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
