CRG is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our Development team in Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for financial modeling and analysis of investments, working closely with Executive Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, and Senior Associates. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage investment-level detailed Excel models to capture complex capital structures and waterfall calculations.
  • Design and analyze sensitivity models for strategic initiatives, providing clear and concise results.
  • Calculate quarterly and annual asset and equity valuations and prepare supporting documentation.
  • Engage in operational, development, and leasing calls to influence investment strategies.
  • Update and prepare quarterly investor communications and reports.
  • Draft memorandums for the investment committee.
  • Manage documentation related to debt and venture agreements to ensure compliance with covenants and terms.
  • Assist the investment team with transaction-related activities such as exits/dispositions, major lease analysis, and recapitalizations.
Requirements
  • 2-7+ years of experience in commercial/residential real estate analysis.
  • Experience underwriting deals.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to create models from scratch.
  • ARGUS EstateMaster software is a plus.

Compensation

$80,000 - $100,000 annual salary, depending on level of experience and overall fit. Up to $4,000 in bonuses. Up to 4% annual merit increases.

Work Schedule

Monday- Friday 8am -5pm, but flexible.
