Position Overview:
The role involves providing essential production management assistance for the Next Gen Telecast (NGT) team, emphasizing programming requirements. This encompasses the development, analysis, and oversight of budgets, alongside collaboration with the Legal department for vendor contracts. The position necessitates consistent communication with both internal teams and external partners to identify and implement efficiencies across all functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct the execution, budget formulation, tracking, and analysis of various initiatives. This includes project initiation and closure, invoice processing, resource management, and the creation of project tracking documentation.
  • Develop and implement processes to effectively support Operational and Technical teams. Collaborate directly with team leaders to establish a system that enhances information flow and communication.
  • Create and execute a cross-departmental framework to consolidate information and messaging.
  • Establish a workflow rhythm with Finance and the primary analyst to ensure alignment on monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal department heads to monitor their staff and sub-budgets that will contribute to NGT.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and the Legal team to ensure that all agreements, contracts, and releases are properly executed.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of finance, budgeting, and estimate development.
  • Familiarity with Live Sports Television, including Local and Studio Programming.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of the NBA, its teams, and affiliated leagues.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Experience Required:

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

Salary Range: [[$90,000 - $105,000]]
