  • Ensure compliance with government bodies like the FDA and OSHA.
  • Oversee the company's 401k and benefits programs.

Facility Management:

  • Oversee facility repairs, maintenance, and compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Manage the purchases of company equipment and machinery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 5 years operational management experience of over 40 employees working in a high-volume small package shipping environment.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of best practices for all facets of warehouse logistics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably NetSuite.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
