About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Marketing Director to lead the marketing strategy and execution for our data protection solution area. As a key member of our product marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market plans, creating compelling marketing content, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product marketing plans to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for our data protection solution area.
  • Create and deliver compelling marketing content, including product positioning, messaging, and collateral.
  • Work closely with product management, business development, field, channels, and marketing teams to identify and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, analysts, and press.
  • Measure and report on marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS and data security.
  • Experience in DLP, DSPM, data protection, and compliance is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong relationship building and negotiating skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requirements while remaining agile to market changes.
