Position Overview:
The Clinical Laboratory Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of laboratory operations, including workflow management, quality assurance, procedure documentation, performance enhancement initiatives, and training of new personnel. This position also involves advanced problem-solving for both clients and colleagues, as well as maintaining and upgrading laboratory equipment and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • Assist leadership in achieving departmental objectives across all areas.
  • Engage in analytical testing of biological specimens, which requires a solid foundation of theoretical and practical knowledge.
  • Participate in pre-analytical and post-analytical processes as needed.
  • Adhere to laboratory policies and maintain quality control standards.
  • Foster excellent customer service and build respectful relationships with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
  • Appropriate licensure or national certification as required by state regulations.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with day shift hours.

Location:
This role requires in-person attendance.
