Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Management Specialist to join our team at EPIC Piping. In this role, you will be responsible for storing, managing, and tracking company documents, as well as scanning, imaging, and maintaining documents in accordance with our document lifecycle procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store and manage company documents in a secure and organized manner.
  • Scan and image documents, and maintain them in accordance with our document lifecycle procedures.
  • Control the retrieval of documents and ensure that they are easily accessible to authorized personnel.
  • Receive and process Requests for Information (RFIs) from employees and clients, and maintain tracking logs.
  • Assist project managers in developing and maintaining documents such as meeting minutes, drawings, specifications, approvals, and related items.
  • Provide training to employees on records management procedures and policies, including documentation, retention, retrieval, destruction, and disaster recovery.
  • Assist with file migrations and audits, including preparing spool dossiers, submitting final dossiers to customer inspectors, and maintaining and verifying lots for welders and line class.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED; preferred
  • 1+ Years' Experience in a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • No specific certification or licenses required
