Your expertise in high-speed scanning, metadata indexing, and quality control will ensure that our customers receive high-quality documents on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of document imaging specialists in the delivery of customer projects
Ensure that each shift meets published production quotas
Perform quality control measures on the work
Participate in each step of the production process
Train new hires on the DCS production processes and projects
Act as a backup to DCS Supervisors when conditions arise
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Reading, writing, and math skills to follow written instructions and to maintain records
Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
Comfortable interacting and leading diverse work teams
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds, continuous requirement throughout the shift
Work in a structured, fast-paced, production-mailroom environment without compromising quality
Maintain a strong level of performance with minimal supervision
Prioritization and time management skills
