Research Project Management Specialist

Job Summary:
The Research Project Management Specialist provides critical support for the daily activities of clinical research studies at Women & Infants Hospital. This role oversees the work of interns and project assistants, ensuring seamless project execution and timely completion of research objectives.
Key responsibilities include collecting, formatting, and managing study data, as well as providing regular reports to stakeholders. The incumbent also assists with manuscript writing, grant preparation, and budget development, while collaborating with the research team to advance the hospital's research programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with experience in research protocols and clinical research administration.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with fluency in the English language.
- Experience with Institutional Review Board proposals and grant preparation is highly desirable.
