Front Desk/ Night Auditor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk/Night Auditor to join our team at Cornerstone Hospitality. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and process payments.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Communication: Coordinate with other departments, including housekeeping, porters, and concierge, to ensure seamless guest service.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Hotel Experience: 1 year of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Front Desk Experience: 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Opera Experience: 1 year of experience with Opera software.
