Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of Store Managers to achieve sales and profit goals, while ensuring the safety and well-being of teammates and guests.
  • Operations and Performance: Monitor and analyze store performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.
  • Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to Store Managers to enhance their skills and knowledge, and support their career development.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all locations provide exceptional customer service, and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all locations comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and identify and mitigate any risks to the business.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with Store Managers, peers, and leadership to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and profitability.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of Store Managers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with teammates, peers, and leadership.
