Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Office Manager to join our team at Wellmore, Inc. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and administrative skills to oversee the day-to-day operations of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Oversight: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the administrative team, ensuring seamless execution of administrative tasks and processes.
  • Referral and Orientation: Develop and implement effective referral and orientation processes to ensure timely and efficient client onboarding.
  • Client Interactions: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through exceptional customer service.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and outcome databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Billing and Finance: Oversee billing and financial processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission of claims and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Staff Supervision: Provide guidance, support, and supervision to administrative staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Bilingual Skills: Possess bilingual skills in Spanish to effectively communicate with clients and staff.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the utmost confidentiality of agency and client matters.
  • Productivity: Demonstrate a high level of productivity and efficiency in completing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare or administrative setting.
  • Skills: Proficiency in database software and computer applications; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
