Key Responsibilities:

  • On-Site Oversight: Ensure that our properties adhere to the highest standards of care and comply with Housing Authority policies, federal guidelines, and state laws.
  • Resident Engagement: Mentor and support residents regarding occupancy standards, lease agreements, and maintenance procedures, facilitating their success in housing programs.
  • Property Management: Showcase properties to potential tenants, assist with lease signings, and ensure a seamless move-in experience.
  • Regular Inspections: Conduct quality inspections of housing units, manage minor maintenance tasks, and educate residents on how to submit maintenance requests.
  • Tenant Support: Proactively address tenant needs and resolve issues, including emergencies, with empathy and professionalism, even outside of standard hours.
  • Record Keeping & Communication: Maintain precise records, collect rent payments, and document all lease-related activities promptly. Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and team members to cultivate a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere.
