Residential Crisis Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Crisis Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Crisis Therapist, you will provide clinical services to individuals experiencing crisis and in need of short-term support and stabilization.
Key Responsibilities- Perform crisis assessments and provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Assist with the training and clinical oversight of QMHA staff members
- Develop and implement treatment plans to support clients in achieving their goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and support to clients and their families
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of community resources and ability to assist clients with transition plans and case coordination
- A competitive salary range of $72,000 - $87,000 per year
