Residential Associate Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Associate to join our team at the Beckett Center. As a key member of our direct care team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with serious mental illness in a 14-bed, licensed crisis residential facility.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
- Performing housekeeping and meal preparation
- Administering medication
- Keeping accurate clinical documentation
If you have experience working as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA), Direct Support Professional (DSP), Residential Assistant (RA), Residential Counselor, Skills Trainer, or Caregiver for a client with behavioral health needs, then this position may be a great fit for you.
Vocational Training ProgramWe offer a Vocational Training Program to accelerate the training, on-the-job experiential learning, and testing preparation for qualified employees to achieve the 1000 supervised hours required to complete their certification as a QMHA-I. This program is optional and can be completed in as little as 6 months.
Work ScheduleThe work schedule for this position is Saturday through Monday, 6:00pm - 6:30am, with 4 additional hours to be determined at the time of hire. This is a full-time, night shift position.
CompensationThe hourly wage for this position is $20.00 - $22.00, with an additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential. We also offer a 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates.
