Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Sales Representative to generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. In this role, you will create and submit sales reports, build rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluate their needs, and negotiate successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets
  • Create and implement an effective sales strategy
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in a customer relationship management (CRM) program
  • Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelors degree preferred
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Previous experience in business sales
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation is a plus
  • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
