Panda Restaurant Group encompasses the original Panda Inn fine dining establishments, Panda Express, our Gourmet Chinese cuisine offered in a fast-casual setting, and Hibachi San, our Japanese grill concept. The family-owned business continues to be led by founders Andrew and Peggy Cherng.

Job Overview:
- The server is vital in delivering prompt, efficient service while possessing comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage offerings. They provide outstanding guest service and maintain a clean and organized station throughout their shift.

b) Uphold proper dining etiquette
c) Maximize sales opportunities
- Greet all guests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Inform guests about our menu options, including seasonal specials. Recommend additional items such as drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Become the preferred server, frequently requested by guests. Remember regular patrons' names and preferences
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to accommodate any special requests regarding ingredients and food preparation
- Ensure timely delivery of orders from the kitchen, preparing them with appropriate garnishes and sauces as needed
- Keep guests updated on the status of their food and drink orders if there are delays
- Properly arrange dishes on the table
- Follow correct procedures for opening and serving wine
- Adhere to service standards, including clearing plates and replacing soiled dishes
- Engage guests in light conversation to enhance their dining experience
- Know when to offer assistance without interrupting guests' conversations
- Anticipate guests' needs before they ask, such as providing condiments or refilling drinks
- Conduct timely quality checks to ensure guest satisfaction and address any requests or complaints, involving management when necessary
- Present the check at the conclusion of the meal, processing payments in accordance with company protocols
- Assist bussers and fellow servers during peak times
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, promptly addressing spills and reporting any safety hazards
- Perform opening and closing duties for the dining area and workstations as required
