Partnership Operations Lead

We are looking for a skilled Program Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships team, where you will play a crucial role in driving sustainable growth through strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project or program management, management consulting, or strategic operations, preferably within the healthcare or enterprise health systems sector. They should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive sustainable growth and expand market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Analyze business performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize partnership strategies.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of $125K - $170K.
