Client Service Associate at Amegy Bank

  • Deliver comprehensive banking services by accurately executing all monetary transactions.
  • Leverage knowledge of available financial products and services to enhance and grow client relationships.
  • Recognize and fulfill clients' requirements by offering a diverse range of services.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience while identifying financial products or service needs.
  • Investigate, identify, and optimize cross-selling opportunities for financial products.
  • Execute all responsibilities in accordance with laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Address client inquiries through direct personal engagement or appropriate referral.
  • Comply with the institution's security protocols while safeguarding the confidentiality of financial records and client data.
  • Engage with the Branch Service Manager and/or Branch Manager regularly to review progress towards individual and branch objectives.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, banking, cashiering, balancing, sales, or a related field is required.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities with effective communication skills.
  • Fundamental math skills and proficiency in operating computers and cash handling devices.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in managing financial transactions.
  • Familiarity with banking products and services is advantageous.
  • Capability in cross-selling financial products tailored to clients' unique needs.
  • Experience in achieving or surpassing sales targets and referral goals.
  • Consistent attendance and outstanding time management capabilities.
  • Aptitude for working efficiently in a dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM
  • Saturday: 8:45 AM to 1:15 PM
