Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Western Region Field Sales Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5 Sales Representatives, analyzing territories and sales goals, and developing individualized and strategic plans to optimize growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Analyze territories and sales goals to develop individualized and strategic plans
  • Partner with the Field Service Manager to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience
  • Develop excellent working relationships with field Brokers/Producers

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Employee Benefits/Group Benefits sales
  • Ability to travel up to 30% annually
  • Current residence within the San Francisco Bay area
