Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with new and prospective customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with customers to close sales
  • Develop innovative strategies to enhance our direct approach with customers, driving sales revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales Management Trainees and marketing team members
  • Ensure customer expectations are met by providing outstanding customer service contributions
  • Provide support and guidance to the sales team, addressing questions and managing requests for sales tracking information

Requirements:
  • Leadership experience, including involvement in related sports and/or student organizations
  • Basic understanding of marketing and sales principles
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and tackle challenges with enthusiasm
  • Organized with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and completing tasks and projects assigned
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Versatile and willing to take on new challenges to achieve success
  • Proven track record of closing sales and upselling products efficiently
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or any client-facing role is highly valued
