Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Membership Representative to join our team and contribute to the success of Crescent Services by creating positive experiences for every member and guest who visits our club. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proven track record of driving membership growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact for all new member inquiries, ensuring minimum response standards are achieved and key data points are maintained.
- Participate in ongoing development of sales strategies and practices, adhering to determined sales strategies and practices.
- Serve as the second point of contact for all existing member complaints, ensuring minimum response standards are achieved and key data points are maintained.
- Notify members of past due balances and assist them with collecting payment.
- Adhere to an authentic and professional code of conduct, serving as a role model for service and member care.
- Effectively communicate in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all projects are executed in accordance with established guidelines.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar position in the Retail, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage industry.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Excellent time-management skills, prioritizing and completing assigned job tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Computer Experience: proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Outlook.
- Strong presentation skills, conveying messages clearly and confidently.
- Ability to work effectively independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently meet deadlines and produce work in a timely manner.
Hourly $26.00 USD + Commission and Bonuses (up to a $100,000 opportunity per year)
