About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team at Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure, ensuring seamless interactions between guests and our Hair Color Bar team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, educating guests about Madison Reed products and services, and promoting our brand values of Love, Joy, Trust, Courage, and Responsibility.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and key performance indicators, including retail sales, services, and memberships.
  • Ensure the Hair Color Bar meets company standards for cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling services, and promoting our unlimited roots memberships, subscriptions, and home hair care products.
Requirements
  • Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales, with a preference for salon or beauty industry experience.
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and people skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems and adapting to new technology.
What We Offer

At Madison Reed, we offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $16.90 to $20 per hour, plus commission, tips, and potential bonuses. We also provide opportunities for growth and development, with ongoing training and support to help you succeed in your role.
