About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager, VP to join our team at the Hispanic Technology Executive Council. As a key member of our Commercial and Business Sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the tech sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative financial solutions and products to clients.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and provide expert advice to clients on complex financial matters.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your extensive network and industry expertise.
  • Work closely with our Digital, Tech & Comms segment to develop and implement effective strategies for client engagement and retention.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management, with a strong background in tech and/or other disruptor companies.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth in the tech sector.
  • Strong knowledge of banking and investment products, with the ability to structure complex deals and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $157,000 to $235,560, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.
