VP, Relationship Manager

At Enterprise Bank & Trust, we're committed to helping businesses succeed and our communities thrive. As a VP, Relationship Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and managing new commercial loan accounts and client relationships, while enhancing existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent the bank in the business community, developing relationships with business owners, C-level executives, and other key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a list of targeted prospect profiles, strategize, and execute a call plan to meet individual and team sales objectives.
- Manage and service commercial relationships, evaluating financial information and determining creditworthiness.
- Approve loans within assigned lending authority, recommending credits outside authority to senior lending officers or the Loan Committee.
- Monitor market conditions, observing competitor impact and making recommendations to maintain a competitive and profitable product line.
- Demonstrated skills in commercial credit underwriting, business development, and portfolio management for mid-sized developers and investors.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of Commercial Lending experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Superb people skills to work within a team environment and successfully develop and retain client relationships.
- A competitive salary range of $124,586 - $186,879, based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.
