Job Overview

Kingdom Roofing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building trusted relationships with customers and selling remodels that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed personal sales goals
  • Generate a minimum of 1 million dollars in revenue in 12 months
  • Maintain or exceed required sales metrics - demo rate, close rate, NSLI, and AJS across the season
  • Generate a minimum of 1 self-generated appointment per week
  • Maintain gross profit requirements by accurately scoping projects
  • Maintain accurate reporting within Kingdom's customer database
  • Consistent, effective involvement in community, and networking organizations
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of verifiable professional sales experience
  • Ability to climb a ladder and be on a roof
  • Reliable individuals who show up on time, every time
  • Proficient with technology and able to learn new software
  • Solid mathematical skills for simple calculations
  • Knowledge of various roofing systems, materials, and construction processes is helpful
  • Honesty, reliability, and kindness are all important to our workplace environment
  • High energy and drive
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly
