As a Sales Director, you'll play a critical role in advancing our mission by driving Strategic Market and Business Development plans for your region. Your expertise will optimize admissions and census growth, while collaborating with our team of Business Development Managers to evolve key account relationships and gain a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales & marketing plans in collaboration with the Executive Director and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Meet sales activity standards, including daily telephone lead base follow-up calls, appointments, on-site and off-site sales activities, and other sales-related performance metrics.
  • Host events to increase traffic in the community and foster relationships with lead base and professionals.
  • Provide regular in-services and orientation training to front-line and management staff.
  • Maintain an active, working knowledge of current competition and market changes.
  • Demonstrate exceptional sales skills, including establishing and maintaining client relationships, discovery of client needs, and closing and post-sales activities.
Requirements:
  • Knowledgeable of the sales process and ability to run a sales department.
  • Ability to hire, train, motivate, and manage a sales staff.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years of previous sales experience, preferably in the Senior Living industry.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Ability to speak and write effectively to present information, solutions, and benefits.
