Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement a variety of activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents, including cultural, educational, recreational, and social programs.
  • Supervise and train activities staff, if applicable, to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and vendors to enhance our programming and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to resident care and services.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as gerontology, recreation, or a related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience working with elderly populations, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
  • Valid First Aid Certification and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call shifts.
