Activities Coordinator

Job Summary:
CLI is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Activities Director. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities and programs for our community.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate activities and events that promote community engagement and socialization
- Develop and implement programs that meet the needs and interests of our community members
- Collaborate with staff and community members to ensure successful event execution
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Valid driver's license with less than 6 points
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
