Job Title: Director of Revenue Cycle Management

At The Fertility Partners US, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Revenue Cycle Management to join our team. This is a critical role that will oversee all aspects of our revenue cycle process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the revenue cycle team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims, denials, and appeals.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize revenue cycle operations, reduce costs, and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of revenue cycle activities.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with payers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure optimal reimbursement and revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices in revenue cycle management, and apply this knowledge to improve our operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a strong background in leadership and team management.
  • Proven track record of improving revenue cycle operations, reducing costs, and increasing revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
