Job Summary:

The Activities Director will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities and programs for our community. This includes developing and leading events, workshops, and classes that promote socialization, personal growth, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute activities and programs that cater to diverse interests and needs
  • Collaborate with staff and community members to identify and develop new program ideas
  • Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and vendors
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., recreation, education, social work)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in program planning and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license with less than 6 points
