Job Overview

The SalesForce4Hire is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for selling a medical device in the Endoscopic Sinus Surgery market to ENTs and other applications.

About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional who has a proven track record of success in direct sales calls, product evaluations, and contract management. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with medical staff and customers. You should also have a strong understanding of clinical monitoring procedures and product evaluations/sales process.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a territory sales & marketing plan to meet or exceed sales quota
- Attend and participate in local and national professional shows/conventions as required
- Complete and submit required administrative paperwork in a timely manner
- Maintain vendor qualifications
- Provide in-service education, training and technical support to customers when necessary

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/Life Sciences/Communication or related field
- 2+ years experience as a Sales Specialist in acute care and POC ENT's
- Competent computer skills to perform essential functions
- Availability to travel frequently (50% or more)
