Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Sales Professional to join our team at Service Corporation International. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating revenue, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify sales leads, schedule appointments, and present pre-need services and products to consumers.
  • Generate sales leads through community and non-profit events, and consumer homes.
  • Ensure contracts and paperwork are accurately completed in a timely manner.
  • Build positive business relationships within the community, non-profit, and civic organizations.
  • Develop and achieve annual sales goals, and monitor and approve expenses.
  • Coach revenue generators on techniques, technology, and influential personal style.
  • Develop a strong, trusting, and reliable team, and provide assignments to develop skills and close gaps.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Advanced education strongly preferred for continued career advancement.
  • Prior revenue generating sales experience with a demonstrable record of exceeding annual sales goals required.
  • Experience with in-home sales, presentations to consumer audiences, and public speaking ability required.
  • Valid and current driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
Work Environment

This role requires frequent travel, and the ability to work beyond standard hours or schedule as business needs arise. The work environment is primarily indoors, and professional attire is required when in contact with potential customers and families.
