Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at the Governor's Residence. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to the Governor, the First Family, and our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute domestic and personal duties for the Governor, the First Family, and guests
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the residence, including the kitchen, dining room, and bar areas
  • Manage inventory of kitchen supplies and stock the family refrigerator
  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet guests upon arrival
  • Assist with events and functions, including setting up the dining room and serving meals
  • Communicate effectively with other staff members and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Two years of wait staff experience in a restaurant or catering service, or an equivalent combination of experience and training
  • Valid non-commercial Class C Pennsylvania driver's license or equivalent
  • Ability to perform essential job functions
