We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Transplant Care Coordinator. This role is responsible for coordinating clinical aspects of transplant patient care, maintaining 24-hour accountability for deceased organ offers, and facilitating quality patient care for transplant patients, donors, and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate clinical aspects of transplant patient care
- Maintain 24-hour accountability for deceased organ offers
- Facilitate quality patient care for transplant patients, donors, and their families
- Participate as a member of an interdisciplinary transplant team
Requirements:
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program
- Minimum of two to four years medical/surgical nursing experience or nephrology experience
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, no weekends or holidays; 80 hours every 2 weeks
Compensation:
The hourly range for this position is $48.75 per hour, with opportunities for career growth and development.
